Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment, you (a client of Keridwyn Deller Hypnotherapy) agree to give at least 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment. By booking an appointment, you agree to pay the full session fee for any canceled, missed, or no-show appointments for which you have not given 48 hours notice. 

I understand that life complications happen. If you need to reschedule because of an emergency or unexpected urgent need, with less than 48 hours notice, please contact me with as much notice as possible with details as to why you need to reschedule. I will do my best to fill your appointment spot from my wait list. If I am able to fill your appointment time with another client, I will happily reschedule your session with no cancellation fee.

Clients who do not contact me within the first half-hour of their appointment will be considered a no-show.
