Cancellation & Policy
By booking an appointment or multiple appointments, client (or future-client) agrees to give a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Client (or future-client) agrees to pay the full session fee for any canceled, missed, or no-show appointments for which they have not given full 48 hours notice. Client (or future-client) understands that the fee for sessions is non-refundable and a full session cancellation fee will be billed if they cancel with less than 48 hours notice. Client understands that arriving late for an appointment will not change the end time for the appointment.
