By booking an appointment, client agrees to give at least 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Client agrees to pay the full session fee for any canceled, missed, or no-show appointments for which they have not given 48 hours notice. Arriving late for an appointment will not change the end time for the appointment. Clients who do not contact me within the first half-hour of their appointment will be considered a no-show. I also understand that life complications happen. If you need to cancel with less than 48 hours notice, please contact me as soon as you can with details and I will do my best to work things out with you and reschedule with no cancellation fee when I can.
